Burbank High School Class of 1980 is having its 30-year reunion on August 6 and 7, 2010. People can register at http://www.bhsclassof1980.com/.
A cocktail party will begin at 7 p.m. on August 6 at the Holiday Inn Crystal View Room. Treunion dinner begins at 6 p.m. Saturday at the Luau grounds of the Castaway.

Receivers: Coach David Machuca
Coach Machuca, graduated from Burbank High School in 2002 where he was a three year Varsity football player. After graduating he enlisted in the U.S Coast Guard in 2002 and was Honorable Discharged in September of 2006. He now attends Cal State Northridge, where he will earn a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology. His coaching experience started in 2007 at Monroe High School where he was the Varsity wide receiver's coach and in the 2008 season was promoted to Offensive Coordinator. He also coached in the East West all-star game in 2009 and has began working with former NFL players Erik Kramer and Curtis Conway in the offseason.

Real estate agents affilated with Dilbeck Realtos in Burbank enterained seven 2010 Burbank graduates and their families with a Scholarship Award Ceremony and luncheon held in their honor June 29, 2010 at the Dilbeck Burbank Office.
Attending and receiving Dilbeck/Community Service Foundation Scholarship Awards were, Katlin Abu Ata, Serli Shaverdi, Mychelle Vannoy, Eric Viebahn, Tyler Wells, and Emily Yun, Burbank High School graduates and Jacob Motz, John Burroughs High School graduate.
Funds for the awards were provided by individual contributions from Realtors and supplemented by a generous donation from the Dilbeck Charitable Foundation. Students were recognized for their academic, personal and community involvement.

Rita, a lifelong Burbank resident, attended Burbank High School. Wanting to combine her passions for entertainment and legal studies, she believes entertainment law is the perfect profession for her. This summer, Rita is working in Warner Bros. Television's (WBTV) Legal Affairs group, and she will attend UCLA in the fall and major in political science.
